Hey there!

I’m Carmen Castricum

Ex-corporate employee to Online Business Manager

At 18, I boldly chose passion by auditioning for a dance academy instead of following the traditional route to university. I came, I saw, and I conquered. I got accepted and four years later I walked out with a dance degree in my pocket. The traditional corporate life still felt like a long stretch, but after a few years of dancing, my body asked for more kindness as it faced a severe injury.

Human Resource Management ‘fell in my lap’ and my corporate life was born.

This new life taught me that I own many, somewhat nerdy, skills. I created workflows that saved teams hours of work, onboarded new clients feeling like superstars by the delicate attention, and tracked numbers so that CEOs knew what to expect from their financial results, in time. My corporate career also taught me I wasn’t made for a ladder-climbing expedition and that I was hungry for meaningful work.

Resigned from my job in order to fully open myself up to discover how I could leverage my natural skill set & expertise to support businesses that lit me up.
When I entered the online space and started sharing my genius with female-owned & purpose-led businesses, I knew I was onto something. I now support 6-figure coaches & consultants to scale their businesses with ease.
